Jura Brooklyn Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Everyone knows you aren't allowed to make scotch whisky outside of Scotland, which is all well and good—if you care to follow rules (which we don't). So we picked a similarly convention-defying island, a little place called Brooklyn, and sent our rogue of a master distiller Mr. Willie Tait there with one goal: to create a world-class single malt scotch whisky made by and for the people of Kings County. He left with six cask samples and returned with an inspired blend hand-selected by some of the borough's most revered inhabitants and establishments. Aged in American White Oak Bourbon, Amoroso Sherry, & Pinot Noir casks, our newest marriage boasts flavors of smoke, roasted coffee beans, lush berries, and honey.
