Cooper's Mark Maple Bourbon is a blend of 4, 5 and 6 year old bourbon flavored with sugar house maple. A pale golden color with aromas of maple, whole nuts, nougat and caramel follow through on a soft entry to a dryish medium body with maple, grain cereal, anise, and spice notes. Finishes with a solid toast and maple fade.
