Paul John Master Distiller Michael D'Souza released the first of his "Zodiac Series" in 2018 with Kanya by Paul John, a 50% Abv unpeated ex-bourbon cask release, which was named "Best Asian Whisky". Kanya is the Hindu Counterpart of Virgo. With rich tones of peaches in syrup, salted caramel, and rich vanilla, this whisky abounds in brightness with a long, succulent and spicy finish.
