Tasting Notes: Our White Zinfandel has lively flavors and aromas of strawberries and pomegranate with a crisp finish. Production Notes: To craft this elegant wine, we crushed Zinfandel grapes and allowed a short-term maceration of the juice with the skins to draw off color and flavor. After pressing, the rosé-colored juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to keep the aromas and flavors bright and distinctive. Food Pairing: Spicy beef noodles.
