Maturity in vats on fine lees for four to five months.
On the nose opens on fresh red fruit aromas such as raspberry and redcurrant, joined with airing by touches of strawberry and mint. A supple and very fresh attack dominated by the same fruit as on the nose leads into a rich and elegant mid-palate and a lingering finish full of freshness and fruit.
