From the Nîmes region at the foot of the Rhône appellation, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault are grown on the unique rolling pebbles, or 'gress' of Château Guiot. The colour is obtained by keeping the skins in contact with the juice before fermentation. Perfume, red berries, spice, summer berries and blossom aromas with an off-dry, medium weight of fruit, clean and mineral acidity and a vibrant sweet redcurrant finish.
Dusty mineral tones and fresh raspberries perfume this frisky dry rosé. It's moderately full bodied and crisply balanced by tart hits of sour cherry, watermelon and raspberry.
