The Domaine Millet rosé wine is made predominantly from the obscure Egiodola grape (which was new even to Jancis Robinson!) and 20% Cabernet Franc. It has lovely crushed berry scents and flavours and a bright, fruity palate, making it every bit as commendable as its white Ugni Blanc / Colombard sibling.
