Quinta de la Rosa has been owned by the Berqvist family for over 100 years. All of their ports are estate grown, estate produced, and estate bottled, which is very unique. This port is very fresh, young and has vibrant fruit. A beautiful port, full of round, soft flavours but with an optimal structure giving this LBV tension and elegance. The port gives immense pleasure for immediate drinking. Very nice aromas of wild blackberry, and plum notes; enormous wine on the palate, yet still elegant; fresh black fruit flavors are balanced with sweet tannins and a long finish.
