Since its foundation in 1729, the first established House of Champagne has taken pride in the excellence of its cuvées. The Ruinart taste bears the signature of Chardonnay, the thread that runs through all its blends and produces pure and intense wines of remarkable aromatic freshness.
This rare wine is the expression of the noblest Chardonnay Grands Crus and offers a remarkable tasting experience after ageing 8 to 10 years in the depths of Ruinart’s cellars. It encapsulates a balance one would believe to be impossible: a classic, yet velvety style of Champagne: intense, delicate and aromatic, all at once.
Dom Ruinart Rosé is perfect to serve with both seafood dishes (salmon tataki, marinated tuna) and meat (Bresse poultry, veal). A few more years of aging will intensify the wine, and it could be paired with the same ingredients but will express more intense, smokier and spicier notes.
