Produced from 90% Treppat and 10% Pinot Noir, from vineyards which will be certified organic effective in 2009, Dibon's rosé cava is a delightful starter or accompaniment to charcuterie, passed hors d'oeuvres, or perhaps a simply grilled piece of salmon with fines herbes. Bright red berry fruit flavors show precision and class, as well as a lot of elegance for the price. Very impressive and highly recommended.
