A light-hearted Riesling that was seriously produced in harmony with nature. Lush, dry and fruit driven with spring blossoms early apricots, a steely backbone strikes a firm chord through this delightful white. Citrus lobster and asparagus would make a great pairing, easy with orange chicken salad as well. Technically a Spätlese Trocken, Bürklin-Wolf is the largest private landowner in the Pfalz. The winery has been Organic since 1995 and has embraced Biodynamism for many years.
