Blend: 50% Viognier, 35% Roussanne, 15% Marsanne
The Viognier and Roussane were fermented in neutral French Oak, while the Marsanne was all stainless steel fermentation. Malic fermentation was stopped completely, making this wine super crisp.The Roussanne and Marsanne were grown in the SJR Vineyard and Los Oidos while the Viognier was grown off the rocks in Walla Walla.
