Tasting Notes: Green gold in colour. Limpid and brilliant. This wine is redolent of toasted almonds and hazelnuts in a floral and mineral setting. Butter, honey and citrus fruits are also present. Rich and fat with a cheerful and appealing taste of hazelnut.
Serving temperature : serve at a temperature of 11-14°C
Food: With joints of veal or poultry in white sauce. Still better are grilled lobster, crawfish, or king prawns in sauce. Blue cheeses and goose liver are a great match too.
