These carefully picked grapes were gently pressed and softly fermented at low temperatures in order to retain their rich and full taste. After carefully controlled maturation, selected batches are used to create a select premium cuvee. The sophisticated manufacturing procedure results in a great sparkling wine with the typical fine aromas, a precious, fine pearly mousseux and a great potential.
