This is our maiden vintage. These grapes are from the world class Banghoek region of Stellenbosch. High altitude viticulture with extreme slopes of 45 degrees at an elevation of 1800 feet demand that these grapes be tended to by hand. This Cab has immense color with enticing aromas of brambles and herbaceous notes. Delicious red berry fruit flavors with light tannins on the finish. The fine structure creates a balance in the wine that will be enjoyed by all.
