Giapoza Cabernet Sauvignon is an extroverted and engaging wine from the very start. The nose is expressive with aromas of ripe raspberries, black plum, black cherries, and a dusting of cocoa powder. In the mouth, the wine is broad and dense, with up front flavors of blackberries, blueberries, and dark chocolate intwined with anise, clove, and a core of richly toasted oak. The finish is expressive and long, with lingering flavors of butterscotch and vanilla.
