WINEMAKING
Once pressed at the winery, the juice was cool fermented in stainless steel to retain clean, crisp fruit flavours. The Dillon’s Point sub-region imparts a delicious blackcurrant herbal note. The Rapaura sub-region provides generous, ripe, passionfruit and tropical flavours. A small portion of French Oak was used in selected parcels to give this wine the textural qualities you’ve grown to expect - yet plays no part in the aromatics.
TASTING NOTE
Succulent passionfruit, guava and citrus with a mouth-watering finish. Our Reserve Sauvignon Blanc defines Marlborough.
