Quinta do Cardo Selecdao do Enologo

Touriga is a Portuguese red-wine blend responsible for some of the more dynamic, modern red-wine styles to have emerged from southern Portugal over the past decade. This wine is made from a selection of Aragonez - 50%, Trincadeira - 30%, Alicante Bouschet - 15%, and Cabernet Sauvignon - 5% from one of the key vineyards named Dom Martinho in Quinta do Carmo. This wine has a very expressive aromaof ripe berries. Its good level of acidity gives it unique freshness and elegance. Ideal with meat and cheese dishes.
