Elegant and satisfying finish. Leaves you ready for more. The juice yield is limited to 60% to attain a tint of clear, bright, copper-gold pink. Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a moderate temperature. The juice is protected by a layer of inert gas at all stages to prevent oxidation and preserve the most delicate aromas, maintaining the naturally low levels of sulfur.
